Kevin began his advertising career in his homeland of Ireland where he graduated from the College of Commerce, Dublin. He moved to the UK & later joined BBH in 1990 as Group Media Manager and in 1995 was made Media director. Earning him an appointment to the board. Kevin was the founding partner of Motive, BBH's media arm. In 2000 he left to form a new advertising agency Soul. Soul was later acquired by the Asian independent Network Agency "Nitro" in 2005. In 2005 Kevin re-joined BBH as a global partner where he was also appointed to the board of BBH's brand invention business ZAG. In 2014 he co-founded BBH's new sports marketing venture BBH Sport alongside rugby legend Lawrence Dallaglio, and was also a non-executive director of Universal Music.
Kev is now Partner at Electric Glue; where he helps glue Media together, Partner at The Garage Soho; leading all Media deals for their unique portfolio of start-ups as well as working on BRO-KEN with cofounder Nick Kendall.
