Anne Worsøe is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Bakken & Baeck, an international product development studio with locations in Oslo, Amsterdam and Bonn, and an outpost in San Francisco. They partner with founders and companies to design and build digital products and new ventures. From their investment company, they also invest in early-stage technology startups.
Previously, Anne initiated and co-founded the co-working space Nordic Innovation House in Silicon Valley, explored new business opportunities in the renewables industry and was the first CEO of the Norwegian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. She has experience as a co-founder, angel investor, member of Board of Directors for startups and VCs, focusing on early-stage ventures, growth, and internationalization. Anne is passionate about helping startups scale their impact, and especially empowering female co-founders and angel investors.
