Jayson White is an urban innovation consultant and startup addict in the public sector, social service, and city-focused innovations. Recent startups include work in commercial real estate, business incubation, mass/micro transit and high-speed data networks. In 2007, he launched Harvard's Urban Policy Advisory Group-- a bespoke research project serving real-time research and market intelligence needs of chiefs of staff and senior officials in the country's 50 largest and most creative cities. In 2018, he published The Next American City (Penguin/Putnam) with former OKC Mayor Mick Cornett. In 2019, in partnership with the Batten Institute at the Darden School of Business, White is helping build the nationally-focused CITEE Initiative studying America's fastest growing entrepreneurship ecosystems.
