Teal Dye believes that educators hold the answers for every social problem and that education comes in many forms. She completed her coursework for the Master’s of Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University, and is a sexologist, educator, and trainer. She is passionate about empowering people in their bodies and voices. As a managing partner at the sex-positive boutique, Lotus Blooms, Teal has worked with countless adults who have been failed by our don’t-have-sex education system. Teal believes that with comprehensive pleasure-focused sex education individuals can build a foundation of understanding, identifying, and advocating for their boundaries and pleasure. Teal also provides trainings for organizations and presents in higher education classrooms across the Greater DC area on a variety of topics within the sexuality realm.
