Severine brings more than 15 years of experience in Strategic Consulting and Management roles in large Corporates with a strong focus on strategy, leadership and innovation (PWC, WPP, Gucci Group). She has worked as a VC for Quadia, a Swiss Impact Investment Fund where she was leading the London office and investments in Food and Agtech and backed entrepreneurs in late seed, series A and Bs like Ynsect, Infarm, Food Assembly, Agriconomie, Winnow and Olio. She has invested 25 M€ in these companies at the time and some of them raised very large funding then and became category leader today. She currently runs Matador Ventures ltd, a boutique advisory and investment company where she advises large Food Corporates on innovation, corporate venturing and deal origination. She invests in Foodtech, Agtech and Digital Health start-ups on behalf of family offices and HNWI in Europe and Israel. Her areas of interests are health and nutrition, food safety, urban farming, microbiome applications, regenerative agriculture, precision farming, robotics and automation applied to restaurants, warehouses and smart logistics. She is very active in supporting and mentoring young people and women tech entrepreneurs, raising the diversity and funding issues as much as she can, being a Mentor with StartupBootcamp and Foodbytes, and a Juror for EIT Food and Rabobank. Severine graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and holds a Master in PPE and Mphil in Finance (M&A).
