Belinda Waldock is an Agile business coach, author of Being Agile in Business, and a Computer Science graduate. Her book was shortlisted as the CMI Management Book of the Year and has been published internationally, including its translation into Chinese. Belinda works with private and public sector teams and businesses supporting growth and improvement. She specializes in whole business agility from a teams and business perspective.  Her "Being Agile" approach has been adopted by a broad range of high-growth businesses across sectors such as tech, fashion, manufacturing, and marketing. Belinda is part of the organizing committee for the award-winning conference www.AgileontheBeach.co.uk. She is also a regular speaker at events , where she shares her experiences adopting agile within and beyond the tech sector.
