Brooke Hammer

Brooke is an Associate at F-Prime Capital and focuses on the healthcare IT and services sector. Prior to joining F-Prime in 2018, Brooke was a Director of Corporate Development at Evolent Health, where she worked on acquisitions and strategic partnerships. She began her career at MTS Health Partners where she advised healthcare companies in M&A transactions and equity financings. Brooke received her BS in Policy Analysis & Management and Master’s of Health Administration from Cornell University.
