Natasha is an investor at Anthemis where she works on the Financial Wellness vehicle. Anthemis is an investment firm focused on cultivating change in financial services by investing in and building businesses committed to improving the world. Founded on three guiding principles — authentic collaboration, virtuous cycle outcomes, and diversity and inclusivity. The goal is to use the world of finance to solve the financial services’ most pressing challenges faster, better and for the benefit of all. Natasha herself embodies those Anthemis vales, with her non-traditional VC background in Science and Startups. She has a masters in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley, an MBA from Oxford, and is an operator who helped scale the largest white-label microinsurance company in Africa. She uses those skills to identify financial services and healthtech startups that have the potential to redefine human’s relationship to their money and their health for the better.
