Rona Li is currently a Managing Director at Redesign where she leads New Ventures teams through the ideation, diligence, and launch processes for portfolio concepts. To-date, she has deployed $32M in capital to enable founders and innovative businesses in healthcare.
Before Redesign, Rona spent three years as a Venture Architect at BCG Digital Ventures, the dedicated business building firm of Boston Consulting Group. Previously, Rona spent several years at JPMorgan in their investment banking division across Healthcare Coverage and Natural Resources Equity Capital Markets. Rona started her career at Citi covering municipal entities in the Northeast as part of the Public Finance investment banking team. Rona holds a B.B.A. in Finance
& Economics from Villanova University.
